The more we appreciate, the more we are satisfied.  It is by no mistake that people say nightly prayers for what they are thankful for.  We even have a whole holiday dedicated to gratitude, and it involves turkey, family, and friends.

The best part?  Gratitude is free! Saying "thank you" costs a second, but it can mean a lifetime of purpose.  When we are grateful, we are happy.  If you can find even the tiniest part of your life to be thankful for, you can find happiness.
